John has over twenty years experience in commercial lending, financial analysis and project management in banking, cellular, and commercial real estate.

As a relationship manager with Comerica Bank John, managed and structured credit facilities for over 70 venture backed startup bio-tech and hardware/software technology companies across the United States and Canada with over $100 million in deposits and approximately $75 million in loans. Prior to Comerica, he was a Vice President at Umpqua Bank who in two years, created a loan portfolio in excess of $60 million, by developing new credit relationships through his own contacts and internal referrals.

John holds a BA from the University of Washington, and maintains an active real estate license
in Washington. He also holds a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of
Washington, and completed his MCSE and MCP+I technical certification.
